Q: How much are mini sessions and what do they include?
There are two package options available. The Dawn package starts at $375 + tax and includes 20 images. The Haze package starts at $450 + tax and includes 30 images. Prices vary depending on season and location. Each package has the option to purchase more images.
Q: What if I want more images after my gallery is delivered?
You have the option to purchase more images upon gallery delivery, priced per image.
Q: What is the difference between a full session and mini?
A full session is held on a date of your choice, location of your choice (curated location guide sent to you), 50 edited images, and a mini session is held on a specific date and at specific mini-friendly locations.
Q: I’m a returning client, where do I find the discount code for my session?
You will receive the discount code through email if you are subscribed to my email list through my website. These are only valid for full sessions. Email me at malaetalleyphoto@gmail.com if you need it sent to you!
Q: Where are the mini sessions located?
Mossy tree is located in Spring, forest in Conroe/The Woodlands, creekside in Spring, wildflower sessions in New Waverly, beach sessions in Galveston, glasshouse and themed sets at The Willow are at the Oak Atelier in Conroe.
Q: What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our session?
Texas is notorious for unpredictable weather. I’ll make a weather decision prior to our session and in the chance of reschedule, we will work together to find a backup date that works for you.
Q: What should we wear?
Neutrals and muted colors work best with my style of photography! This is one of my favorite things to plan. I’ll send a styling link to help you visualize colors and outfits with your location. It includes shopping links to make it simple and easy!
Q: Can I bring my newborn to my mini session?
I do not recommend newborns during mini sessions due to the time needed to calm and soothe them. I highly recommend a full lifestyle session for newborns.
Q: I need my pictures quicker than the 4-6 week estimated turnaround, can I rush them?
Yes. I have one week and two week rush options that are available for a rush fee. Please let me know ahead of time if you need this!
Q: Are these refundable?
Due to nature of these mini sessions, they are non-refundable.
